The Warehouse space located in Bratislava, city district Trnávka.
The premises are situated by the new D61 highway by-pass.

These are fitted with a rack system, BT Reflex Ac (Retrak) stowing system with the possibility to store euro-pallets up to 7 m in height.
Furthermore, the warehouse premises are fitted with:

• a computer network
• ISDN exchange
• security system (compound has a security service and a camera system)
• anti-dust floor
• overhead travelling crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tonnes
• 1,000 m² lay-by in front of the warehouse
• storage program in electronic format

Nearby the warehouse there is a highway, a customs office, and an airport.
The warehouse premises are heated and fitted with 220/380 V wiring, as necessary. The entrance door to the warehouse premises is double-shelled (thermal insulation and fire barrier).
Goods unloading is done right on the warehouse premises.
The capacity of the warehouse premises is:

• 350 pallet places public bonded warehouse (possible conversion into distribution depot)
• 850 pallet places at the distribution depot,

Bank guarantee on VCS is 6,000,000 SKK for imports and 10,000,000 SKK for exports.
The warehouse premises are insured up to 10,000,000 SKK against all risks. In case of smaller pallet dimensions and weights, the number of pallet places can be increased.
